Jason Flatla is a Professional Agrologist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of environmental consulting and business management experience within western Canada’s oil and gas sectors. Jason is the Founder/President of Landmark Environmental Ltd. established in 1999, an environmental consulting firm. The firm was acquired publicly by Ridgeline Energy Services in October, 2009. In 2013, Jason managed the transaction and transition of all the Canadian business units to Ridgeline Canada. While continuing to lead the GreenFill business unit in 2017.
Tyler Heathcote has owned and operated companies within the Energy Services Sector for over 20 years. His unyielding focus on the creation of enduring relationships with customers and vendors has resulted in loyal clients and continuous growth. Tyler founded Bio-Synergy Resources in 1999 and took the company public in 2006. The new company became known as Ridgeline Energy Services Inc., which was listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. In 2013, Tyler facilitated taking the Canadian business units private. From day to day Business Operations, to Human Resources and implementing new and innovative Marketing tactics, Tyler Heathcote oversees all aspects of Ridgeline Canada Inc., including the Ridgeline Environment, GreenFill and Response divisions.
Brad Shybunka is a Professional Agrologist with over 20 years of experience in the Energy and Environmental Services sector. Brad is one of the founding members of Ridgeline and has worked in the capacity of Senior Project Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and President of the Environment Division. Brad is directly involved in growing Ridgeline by providing extensive management, budgeting, business development and accounting experience to help complement a strong management team within Ridgeline Canada Inc.
Dennis Wagstaff brings a wealth of Operational knowledge to Ridgeline Canada Inc. as the General Manager of Southern Operations for the Ridgeline Environment division. Dennis is a Professional Agrologist who has worked in the Western Canadian Energy Sector for over 15 years. Throughout his career, he has provided Environmental Consulting Services to numerous Oil and Gas clients throughout Western Canada. Dennis has also acted as a Reclamation Coordinator for ConocoPhillips Canada and as an Environmental Coordinator for Bonavista Energy Corp.
Brooke McBride is a Professional Agrologist in Alberta and Saskatchewan who brings over 10 years of Environmental Science experience in the Consulting industry. Brooke is a graduate of the Environmental Science Faculty at the University of Lethbridge and obtained her Diploma in Environmental Conservation and Reclamation from Lakeland College. During her time with Ridgeline Environment, she has served as an Environmental Consultant, Project Manager and Area Manager. Presently, she brings her varied experience and integrity to the position of General Manager of Saskatchewan.
Brad Funk joined Ridgeline Canada Inc. as a General Manager and a Professional Agrologist. With over 16 years of experience working in the Energy Industry, Brad is a competent problem solver with operational, project management and mentorship strengths to optimize efficiency, reduce costs and provide sustainable solutions for stakeholders. Brad brings a client’s perspective to consulting services with previously held Reclamation & Construction Superintendent positions for ConocoPhillips Canada and Burlington Resources Canada. He has a varied knowledge base as a reclamation, construction and environmental professional. Born and raised in the Peace region, Brad’s thorough understanding of Northern challenges is a valued asset that he brings to the Ridgeline management team.
Donny Bidniak has worked in the Environmental Industry since 2003. Donny obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Augustana University, a faculty of the University of Alberta. Throughout his career he has worked in multiple roles within the Mining, Oil and Gas and Commercial/Industrial sectors. Donny has a wealth of knowledge in Pre-Construction Assessments, Environmental Site Assessment, Remediation, Reclamation, Environmental Audits and Emergency Spill Response. As the General Manager of Ridgeline Response, Donny oversees client needs, develops and maintains internal operational procedures and mentors project staff. Donny has conducted fieldwork and managed projects throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Northwest Territories and Yukon.
Donny offers his clients practical, technically sound, cost efficient liability reduction strategies while maintaining regulatory compliance. His work continually improves Ridgelines service offerings. Donny’s breadth of knowledge and experience play a key role in the success of Ridgeline Response and strengthens our diverse management team.
Rod Sander brings over 20 years of executive management experience in the Oil and Gas industry to Ridgeline. Rod’s tremendous experience in Waste Management Disposal options, Regulatory requirements and Acceptance Criteria add great value to an already diverse team at Ridgeline GreenFill. Rod is a leader in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Customer Relations. His excellent trouble shooting and negotiation skills allow him to provide Ridgeline clients with unique solutions in an increasingly dynamic business environment. New for 2017, Rod will be assisting the Ridgeline Oil Recovery sales team by providing his expert leadership, professional advice and sales insights as the Business Development Manager.
Will Everts has over 8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He successfully filled various management positions in the Upstream Oil and Gas industry both internationally and within Western Canada. The majority of his work has been focused on Environmental Drilling performance and Waste Minimization strategies in the South American, South East Asian and Middle Eastern markets. With his Domestic and International Operational Management Experience, Will brings many specialized skills to the Ridgeline Team.
