At Ridgeline we have a duty to do everything reasonable to ensure worker safety.


At Ridgeline safety is one of our core values. Our beliefs have been a catalyst to push us to that next level, in which we have developed an extensive Health, Safety, Environment and Quality management system that exceeds regulatory, client, and industry compliance requirements.

Our Health and Safety policy applies to all Ridgeline employees including our Executive Leadership Team, who renews their commitment to Health and Safety each year.

Ridgeline also demonstrates its commitment to safety by maintaining our Certificate of Recognition (COR) and maintaining good standing with the following pre-qualification screening systems as per the request of our clients

Our Training and Competency Assessment Program


At Ridgeline we ensure that each MEMBER OF OUR TEAM is deemed competent to safely perform their job duties. We do this by:

  • Ensuring employees are hired with the necessary qualifications and experience

  • Ensuring that our team receive any additional training tickets as required

  • Tracking training validity using an online tracking system called “HSE Tracker”

  • Assessing an individual’s competency by using a three step training approach including theoretical knowledge, practical supervised experience, and practical unsupervised experience.

Our Safety Monitoring System


At Ridgeline, we have a firm belief that what doesn’t get measured, doesn’t get done, thus we have committed to the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Progress of KPI compliance is reviewed by the Executive Leadership Team regularly to ensure that the organization can successfully attain its annual health and safety targets and objectives.
