What is the difference? When you have a right, you can decide whether to work; when you have a duty, you don’t have a choice. You are mandated by law to refuse the work. We have created an internal system at RCI to ensure that our workers understand and utilize this process.
Leading indicators within our HSE-MS are driving influences of our systems. We recognize the foundational requirements to prevent injury and illnesses, and thus, have established many intertwining, systematic processes within our HSE-MS to ensure that we are identifying and controlling hazards.
