Our Process

  • Initial Spill Response

The Emergency Responder is dispatched to your location, any time, day or night. Once the initial assessment is completed, you will be contacted with our recommendations.

  • Background Assessment

As soon as our Emergency Responders are dispatched, our data team is preparing an Emergency Response Plan including a map of the site.

  • Incident Action Plans

We will create a plan to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. Plans may include Containment & Recovery, Wildlife Mitigation, Sampling and Monitoring, and Remediation Action Plans.

  • Daily Summaries

At the end of each day, you will be provided with a daily summary that includes site conditions, lab analysis, site photos, and general situational information on site status.

  • Final Closure Report

Once the project is complete, you will get a final report signed off by a qualified environmental professional that details the incident, site observations, applicable environmental guidelines, laboratory analytical findings, remediation activities, waste tracking, and site restoration.

  • Annual Program Review

At the end of each year, Ridgeline Response will provide many of our regular clients with a report on spill trends, regional spill frequency and causation, associated spill costs, mitigative measures, and lessons learned.
